I was here for a conference and only stayed outside, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The facilities seem adequate, yet the entrance and garage feel shady, the service lacks friendliness, and the area feels somewhere between deserted and self-sufficient. It leaves you with the sense that you shouldn’t be there.

The fitness room had everything I needed, and the room was good with no complaints. Water pressure and temperature were great. Staff were professional, polite, and helpful. Some parts of the property are old and need renovation, but overall it was a great stay.

Food choices were limited, and they served things with plastic cups and spoons. At least the cleaning staff were nice. For conference guests, water and tea aren’t included, and a liter of water costs 3 euros. There’s no kettle in the room either, so you have to pay 4 euros.

Service was great, but the hotel itself felt average, and the location wasn’t ideal. With traffic, getting to Napoli took over an hour, and the somewhat sketchy neighborhood and empty feel didn’t help. I expected more from the Marriott brand. Still, considering the price, it’s fair, especially since breakfast and parking are included. Without the brand name, I’d probably rate it 3.5 stars.
