The rooms were spacious and tidy, and the hotel was quiet. There’s an elevator down to the garage. Breakfast, served with a view of the pool, had plenty to choose from: fruit, cheese, meat, good coffee, tea, muesli, cake, eggs and more. The Royal Palace of Caserta is within walking distance, as are two excellent pizzerias, I Masanielli di Francesco Martucci and Sasà Martucci - Pizzeria I Masanielli. Trattoria Chichibio is another good meal option. There wasn’t much else to do in town beyond seeing the Royal Palace, which is definitely worth visiting. There are also two of the world’s best pizzerias, both worth a try, with one just around the corner from the hotel. You could also visit the palace as a day trip from Naples. During our holiday, the two restaurants were closed, even during the summer vacation, and there was no food service besides breakfast. Drinks at the pool were available only on request. The pool is well kept but needs a thorough cleaning, and the garden felt a little untidy. A good place to stay for a visit to the palace.

The staff were lovely, and we appreciated the peaceful location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the train station and palace. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast and delightful dinner restaurant. The rooms are comfortable, if a little small. The hard beds were the main drawback. They might suit anyone who needs a very firm mattress, but I found it difficult to sleep on one.

The suite’s little kitchenette came in handy, and the private pool made this feel like an oasis in the city. It’s near the garden and train station. The place was clean, quiet and lovely, with a wonderful breakfast and an on-site restaurant. A perfect stay.

Parking was a big plus, and the rooms were spacious, but the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and very hard. The room lighting was poor, and the AC was switched off at night without warning. Staff weren’t very helpful, and breakfast was very poor for a four-star hotel. I don’t think this place deserves a four-star rating, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was spacious, but the mattress was hard as a rock. The AC shut off during the night, making it too hot to sleep. When we asked for help, staff weren’t helpful, though they did give us a floor fan. Breakfast was so poor for a four-star hotel. I’d give this place only two stars.
