The views from this lovely property were amazing. We were a fairly large group and rented all the apartments. The kitchens were simple but worked well, and every room had air conditioning. Fly screens were fitted to all the windows and doors, though I suspect mosquitoes could still be an issue in high season. You need a car, and driving in Southern Italy takes some nerve!

The place is beautiful, with a great view towards the Gulf of Naples, and the hosts were friendly and supportive. Still, our four nights weren’t very relaxing. Dogs, including the owners’ dogs, barked for hours at night, and there were fireworks almost every night too. We could hardly keep the windows shut because the room only had a fan and no air conditioning. The mosquitoes were also very aggressive, so I’d bring strong repellent.

We had a lovely stay at this amazing Villa. It’s a convenient base, just a few miles from Pompeii and Sorrento and 10 minutes from the beach. Good food, and great hosts, the Faella family.

A beautiful mansion and a great spot for enjoying nature, local culture, and food. The location is convenient for visiting Pompeii, Capri, and the Sorrento Coast.
