A good base for cyclists, with easy road bike rides to many areas. The rooms are nice and large.

The hotel is beautiful, and the restaurant food is pretty good. The service there, though, is VERY slow and disorganized.

Just reviewing the restaurant: the food was great, especially the calamari with thyme. They also have an excellent Bulgheri wine list.
