Bad weather left water coming in under the front door, flooding a room and the mattress we'd moved into it because the heat in the other room was stifling. The owner's response when we asked for help was, “What should I do?” We ended up leaving a night early, abandoned with a flooded house through no fault of our own. He then accused us of using the mattress to mop up the water. The house had plenty of defects and damage, and the owner showed no interest in our problems and was completely dishonest. I would rather have stayed on the street.

Everything worked out perfectly. The apartment was lovely, and the location was very convenient. The owner was kind and available whenever we had questions. See you next time!

The owner was rude and threatening when we asked for exactly what the reservation specified. He really isn't suited to this job. Never again. Don't book.
