From this spot in Castel San Lorenzo's historic center, nearby attractions are easy to reach, yet the property itself feels peaceful. Its renovation has just been completed, and the place feels welcoming, with modern touches alongside the old. The host was friendly and helpful, happy to accommodate requests.

We were staying between the Calo and Sammaro gorges, with Roscigno Vecchia also nearby, and had a great two nights at this lovely residence. Pasquale had water, tea, and orange juice waiting in the fridge when we arrived, a very welcome touch after a four-hour motorcycle ride. The place was clean and had everything we needed, and his hospitality made the stay. We also appreciated the little house souvenir, some local olive oil. A unique experience we'd happily repeat!

We came as a couple hoping to unwind, and Dimora dei Nonni was just right for that. The house felt welcoming and had everything we needed. Our host was warm and helpful too. We'd gladly come back.
