The broken toilet in our room couldn't be flushed for our entire vacation. To be fair, we never told the owner about it. The restaurant toilets were in terrible shape too, with no toilet paper and no working flush. Breakfast was nearly nonexistent, and if you arrived late, the only option was a stale croissant. The owner uses booking.com to attract guests, then asks them to pay in cash. There isn't public transport in the area, so the owner offers rides for 40 euros per journey. The driver, who was the owner's uncle, got confused and couldn't find the train station. The service was very poor. Go through the experience yourself to get the full picture. Enjoy your stay, and say hello to the family running the United mansion.

We had a great trip and were very happy with our stay. The location worked well for different destinations, and there were the sea, a pool, and parking. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The service isn't luxurious, but I got what I paid for.

PEPE was lovely, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel was very clean, and the location was great, just a 5 minutes walk from the beach. There were good facilities for the whole family. Breakfast was a great Napolitan spread of Cornetto, Cerial, juices, and coffee. I'd happily recommend the hotel, and I'll be back for my 3rd stay very soon 👍😁
