We'd been looking forward to the trip, but it turned out to be disappointing. You have to pay €10 for adults and €5 for kids to use the pool, and breakfast wasn't worth it. It was mostly the same croissant, leftover pastries, and a boiled egg. The bed made noise, and the windows on the road-facing side weren't fitted properly, so getting a decent night's sleep was hard. They also switch off the control light when nobody's in the room. Some staff couldn't speak English, which made communicating a struggle and meant relying on Google Translate. I'm glad to say I'm not going back 🤞

The food was great, and the staff were very professional. I also felt the physical security was good. I'd definitely stay here again!

The rooms had dust nearly a centimeter deep under the beds, and the towels were dirty and stained. There was no maintenance to speak of, and the food was awful, with salty dishes, very hard pasta, and poor-quality meat. They call it a four-star hotel, but to me it felt more like two stars, maybe only four on paper. The staff seemed inexperienced, and the family-run place lacked professionalism. The owner also cooks, and she was rude and obnoxious. I'd say hello and she wouldn't answer. Maybe that was out of kindness. I agree with the many negative reviews online. If you can, avoid going there.
