The food was tasty and there was plenty of it, and I didn’t find it that expensive. The room was clean and just right, and the staff were lovely. We’ll definitely come back next year. Thank you!

I especially loved how kind and helpful the owners were. They made me feel cared for, and honestly, right at home, maybe even better. The breakfasts were lovely too, with homemade cakes, eggs cooked just how I asked, and the crunchy seeded bread I like, ordered fresh each day from the bakery and Konditorei in Chienes. The whole place feels like a little jewel in Chienes, in the Pusteria Valley. The rooms are comfortable and kept spotless, and outside there’s green space and mountains, with birdsong as the only break in the quiet. It’s the sort of place you might find by chance, then choose to return to. I found a family here who welcomed me with smiles and treated me with such kindness and professionalism. I can’t wait to go back.
