My husband and I were really disappointed. Our suite was dirty, with sand all over the floor. Then an employee was rude when asking whether I wanted to make up the pullout couch for our third guest. We were paying a lot for their top suite, and thought that was part of the job. The worst part was being told to leave the pool after only 30 minutes. They should have told us that rule upfront. This doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel to me, more like a two-star place, even down to the lobby vending machine. They said they were giving us an espresso on the house, then charged us for it. Save your money and go somewhere that has proper staff and gives you what you’re paying for.

It looked so much better in person than in the pictures. The view from the room and a swim in the pool are reason enough to see it for yourself. The hotel is new, modern, and stylish, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Many thanks to Julia for all the recommendations. Even though there was a wedding during our first night, we didn’t hear it. They also kept a parking spot for us, which was great service. I can’t wait to come back!

I don’t usually post reviews unless I’m really annoyed or amazed. This time, I’m annoyed. Our room wasn’t clean, and there were ants on the bed. We told reception, and they said they’d sort it out, but the same thing happened the following night. When we raised it again at checkout, they just said, “we fixed it and that’s it”. Right. Learn to do your job or find another one. Ciao.

Our suite was spotless and had a gorgeous view. We loved everything about this beautiful hotel in Sicily and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

The city view can brighten your day, and the pool setting is top notch. Rooms are good and quiet, and the staff were friendly enough. The location felt odd at first, but grew on us. The downsides were a very minimal breakfast and a hotel that didn’t feel lively. It felt more like an empty house where people avoided one another, and also seemed unfinished.
