This is about the owner's integrity, not the property itself. For our wedding at a local restaurant, we agreed on a price with Francesco for all eight rooms guests would book individually, breakfast included. When it came time to book, the price was different and breakfast was no longer included. After we repeatedly asked him to honor the agreement, Francesco said he would make sure the promised service was provided. But this morning, when breakfast was due, both the dining room and the affiliated bar were closed, and guests were given no alternative. Francesco, a few extra euros aren't worth sacrificing your integrity. We'll clearly avoid the property, and I hope others do too.

Four of us booked the B&B for the PugliabyUTMB running race, and it wasn't a good experience. The quadruple room was much too cramped for four: it had a double bed and a bunk bed, with hardly any room to move. When we arrived, the hot water boiler was off, and we waited two hours for a hot shower without having been warned. The service was basically absent. There was only one roll of toilet paper for all four of us, housekeeping was poor, and pigeon droppings covered the garden outside our room. There wasn't even a mat to wipe our shoes on. Parking was €9 a day for a small shelter in the garden, something I'd never heard of being charged for inside a building. Since we were there to race, we asked if breakfast could be served before the usual time and were immediately told no. They left a few slices of toast in our room instead, but there was no table or space to eat. We raised the issues with the property manager when we met her on the last day to settle the bill. She arrived before breakfast and said they hadn't prepared for the event and didn't know about it. All five rooms were occupied by athletes competing, and with a little effort an earlier breakfast could have been arranged. Breakfast on the last day was disappointing too: packaged cakes, cookies and croissants, toast, and mandarins, with nothing fresh or savory. We can't call this a positive stay. If we return, we'll choose somewhere else.

The property is surrounded by greenery and suited us well when we wanted to relax. Staff were welcoming and courteous, and breakfast had quality options for different tastes. Rooms and shared areas were cleaned punctually and carefully. A wonderful experience.
