B&B La Roverella

This was our first B&B stay, and we had a wonderful time. Adriano and Rosanna were so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was truly superb. The setting is a quiet spot surrounded by greenery and breathtaking views, and the hospitality made us feel at home right away. Anyone expecting five-star hotel comforts at a reduced B&B price might want to book a hotel instead. We highly recommend it!

Breakfast was generous enough that we skipped lunch, and everything was delicious: cake, plum cake, muffins, tiramisu, coffee, tea, and juices, made with the owners' own products. The pool is small, but it's nice for a dip or a rest on the loungers. I stayed one night at this B&B in Castellina in Chianti and really enjoyed it. We could park inside, which was handy, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. Since my friend and I were traveling by motorcycle, the little closet for our clothes was especially useful. The room had a comfortable bed, a small fridge to keep water and other things cool, a fully equipped bathroom with shower gel, shampoo, towels, and even a hairdryer. Just outside Castellina in Chianti, this B&B was great value for our one-night stay. The owners were very kind and made us feel at home, and breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes and jams. I'd recommend it to anyone planning a weekend in Chianti.

The rooms were clean and welcoming, though perhaps a little cramped. The owners pay attention to what guests need, and the place is quiet and pleasant in a charming setting. The prices are truly affordable. Highly recommended.
