Hotel Quadrifoglio

The pool access was a letdown: it's run separately, so the hotel can't guarantee it'll be open. We couldn't use it in the middle of summer because its owner hadn't opened it to guests. Getting into the city is also so difficult that staying in the countryside would make just as much sense. Our group had more than 70 people, and every one of us was shocked by how poor the hotel was. The rooms weren't outright dirty, but they were far from properly clean. The showerhead and tap in the review photos make that clear, and it doesn't feel acceptable for a four-star hotel. There was no real AC either, just a TA heater with a fan setting that did nothing to cool the room in summer. Later we stayed at an Airbnb in central Napoli for half the price, and it was much cleaner and more modern. Hard to believe this place has four stars.

It's a quiet little hotel with friendly staff who really tried to make our stay enjoyable. Just be ready for the transport issue: taxis cost a lot and can take ages to show up. If you need a ride, leave yourself an extra hour and a half. The place is definitely out of the way, though that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Only about a 10-minute walk from the train station to Naples, so the location worked well. The hotel is thoughtfully designed, though some details fall short. The staff were polite, kind and willing to help, but the room wasn't very clean and the internet didn't work in there. The receptionist couldn't fix it and could only offer me the business hall. Parking is secured, but there was no safe in the room, so we kept our documents and cash in the car.

We came from central Naples for a swimming day pass, despite the poor transport links, and found the pool closed. It had been advertised as open, so we were left with nowhere to go. We didn't stay at the hotel, but the surrounding area looked noisy, dirty and industrial. The staff were very unhelpful. I'd never choose to stay here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
