Bed Breakfast Panorama

The owner did try to be friendly, and I appreciated that, but the room and facilities felt more like a €50-60 stay than one costing €130. It was the most expensive place I paid for along the Francigena, and still one of the worst. The bed was old, the shower cold, the internet barely usable, and there was no view. The facilities are outdated, and the price was twice that of the best-quality accommodation in the area. It feels like this town has a monopoly on places to stay. The owner's response was complete nonsense. He doesn't even have a website. Check-in at 6 PM? Unbelievable. Francigena hikers should take the bus and stay somewhere else.

I only stopped at Panorama for one night while passing through on the Via Francigena, and I'm glad I did. The owner was so welcoming and hospitable. My room was spacious, comfortable, air-conditioned, and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities I needed and then some. Dinner was delicious, especially the pistachio-crusted salmon and grilled vegetables. He even went out to get sandwiches for me for the next day. I'd happily come back. Highly recommended!

We slept really well after a tiring day. Our room was spacious, with a bathroom that had a hydromassage shower and music. The B&B is clean and welcoming, fully equipped, and even has an internal elevator serving two floors. There's also a suite available. We came across Antonio by chance after a mishap with our Au Booking reservation, which turned into a disaster when we arrived and the hotel was closed. Antonio solved a major problem for us, and Prisca and I are very grateful. He knows the area and its many attractions well, and pointed us to a delicious dinner that we really enjoyed and have already reviewed. He's a wonderful host, a very positive representative of this beautiful corner of Italy. Thanks, Antonio. We really hope to return, this time for sure. Enjoy life and good things!

The breakfast buffet was full, and the espresso was excellent. Antonio was friendly and helpful, always with a warm smile, just the sort of host you hope to find. It's a peaceful, relaxing spot with a lovely view. Everything was clean and comfortable, with an elevator, parking, and a beautiful garden. Seems ideal for families with children or people traveling with four-legged friends. Thanks, see you next year!
