The rooms are fine, and the place is serviceable at best. We left after 3 nights, though we had reserved a week and a half. Staff weren't friendly to people who weren't Italian or didn't speak Italian. When we tried Google Translate, the hotel matron refused to use it very rudely. Breakfast was laughable: three pastries at the table, with that same unfriendly matron making your cappuccino or espresso. Don't ask for more. There's allegedly a restaurant, but we never saw it. Parking is a chore, and in winter the common rooms and hallways, including the breakfast room, aren't heated.

The room was clean, and breakfast was so-so, but staff didn't speak English and weren't very service-minded. I asked for a specific receipt; they said they'd email it, but never did. Avoid this place if you're not fluent in Italian. My low rating is mainly about the staff's competence and attitude.

Italy has so many wonderful places to stay, but this hotel isn't one of them. Just awful.

I booked a Queen 👑 bed and got a Single instead. The internet wouldn't connect either. Every hotel I've stayed at in Italy has had a bad connection, so I started thinking the whole country had no internet at all.

The food was orrible, breakfast included, and with no heat fan you freeze even while eating. Stay away, everything about it was bad.
