I really liked the spa room's atmosphere, and the massage was relaxing. The spa area itself was nice too. The light lunch was the letdown. The salmon burger tasted awful and seemed cheap and low quality. For €25 at a 5-star hotel, I hadn't expected that, especially after seeing other guests' reviews and the dishes served in the restaurant. I wondered why the light lunch looked and tasted so different. I also asked a staff member for a fresh towel and was told it would cost an extra €3. That felt uncomfortable. Do they really need to charge for another towel?

The staff were friendly, and the spa facilities are beautiful, definitely 5 stars. A couple of little things, though. The dressing gowns were soft, but looked old and worn, which let the service down. I'm not sure about making people wear shower caps in the spa pool either. It takes away some of the romance, though perhaps it's a regional legal requirement.

Service, food, and spa facilities are all first class at Fonte del Benessere Resort. The staff are the best. I'd definitely recommend visiting. Five stars.

The spa is amazing, and the hotel has a lovely quiet spot surrounded by nature. The staff were kind and friendly, and breakfast was decent. The restaurant dinner was disappointing, though. The dishes looked really nice but didn't taste that good, so we won't eat there next time. The hotel itself was nice, just not perfectly clean.

We married on 15th August and checked in the following day. They gave us a beautiful room overlooking the pool, and even arranged a late checkout for the next day. The customer service was incredible from start to finish. It's a hidden gem beside Castelpetroso, and I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
