Dolomites Nature Hotel Vigilerhof

The food was one of the best parts of our week, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained. It was also easy to get to the wellness area. We were there with our baby, and it worked surprisingly well for a family with a small child: babies can use the pool, and we could leave the stroller near the pool. The team made us feel welcome from the start. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the whole place felt relaxed. Special thanks to Dasha from Slovakia, who was kind, attentive, and professional, and to the blonde, short-haired lady serving breakfast and dinner, whose service was excellent. The owner clearly puts care into the facilities and food. We stayed for a full week and enjoyed every day. The family atmosphere and lack of crowds made it especially relaxing. Having stayed in many hotels, we can honestly say Hotel Vigilerhof was the best we have experienced, with quality, service, and hospitality beyond what we have found elsewhere. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

The food was a letdown, especially for the price. The menu choices felt limited, and we expected better variety and quality. Chicken and gulasch shouldn’t be standard fine dining options, in our view, and it didn’t feel like good value. The hotel itself is lovely, recently renovated, with a very spacious room and new, comfortable facilities. The sauna and relaxation area are large, and it’s well placed for the Alpi di Siusi cable car.

The view from the sliding glass doors is spectacular, with the Dolomites right there. Our room was quiet, which felt like heaven, and both the room and bathroom were big. The pool was wonderful too. Breakfast was a beautiful spread, and dinner was great. The staff were so helpful, every one of them. This place is fabulous!

We had a really lovely time at hotel Vigilerhof. The spa area was a pleasure, and the half-board meals were delicious. Definitely recommend it.
