The apartment and even the building smelled bad, especially the small storage room, whose smell reached the other rooms. It was in poor shape cleanliness-wise when we arrived. The towels were clean, but the rest barely was: the doormat, balcony, bathroom sinks with brown marks, floor under the sofa bed, and bed sheets with stains. All the pots and pans were dirty too. We washed them before using them and left them as we'd found them. They charged a cleaning fee but didn't deliver a clean apartment. Guests shouldn't have to clean up for the staff. There also weren't enough rubbish bags or extra bins for the waste separation policy. I stayed in another apartment with the same policy, and they provided three separate baskets and plenty of bags. Here, where did they expect us to separate it? Were we supposed to buy bags for them? After check-in I called the company about some basic things, and the response was that these requests weren't normal. I asked for tissues, and the representative questioned why I needed them before saying they don't provide any. They also don't provide washing machine detergent, supposedly as company policy, though they do supply dishwasher detergent. That's a double standard. I asked for summer duvets too, and customer service said those aren't normal in summer. The company was awful to deal with. They require waste sorting without providing the extra bins or bags to do it. Stay away from this company.
