The room view was the one part that really bothered me. It faced the old hotel directly, so there was no privacy, and the black toilet and bidet made it hard for me to tell whether everything was clean. I get that they fit the green and black design, but they made me uncomfortable. The rest of the hotel was lovely: modern, with lots of thoughtful details. We enjoyed the outdoor bath and sauna, and the staff were very friendly. They even left me a small birthday gift though I hadn't said I was celebrating, and breakfast delivered free to the room was a nice extra. I still give it 5 stars because I liked the hotel so much.

The owners and staff were so warm and happy to take care of anything we asked for. The service matched the place itself, which feels like a luxury treehouse tucked into the mountains, with lovely views, a romantic hideaway feel, and a private sauna. The architecture and design are stunning too. Such a gem 💎.

The smaller sauna area felt too crowded and noisy for us, so we were glad to have booked a Green Suite. It was bright, very clean, and spacious, and having a sauna in the suite is a good fit if you want to relax after a day of sports. Breakfast was excellent, with such a wide choice that nobody should go without, though salmon might be a welcome addition. Everything was high quality, and there was even a juicer for fresh vegetable juice. The service was friendly and attentive without being too much. We also had dinner in the lounge beside the open fireplace, where you could hear the fire crackling. The food was good and there was something for everyone. Thanks for a pleasant three-night stay!

We'd definitely come back. The suites are tastefully furnished, stylish, and kept in impeccable condition. They are part of the family-run Parc Hotel Florian, where the managers are present without getting in the way and the whole team is focused on great service. The food is first-class too. Full marks, the hotel and suites are fantastic.
