We stayed in the chalet, a gorgeous space with views all around of Alpe di Susi and a double balcony where we could watch both sunrise and sunset. I only wish we’d had more time there. The food and drinks were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was great, and every dinner course, including the pork roast, was so delicious it deserved a Michelin Star. The bartender made every drink perfectly. The sauna and pools were pristine and relaxing, with indoor and outdoor pools and two separate saunas. From check-in through check-out, every detail exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and professional, handled all our needs and concerns easily, and helped us feel completely at ease.

It was so peaceful here, and the room was spacious with a hot tub in the bathroom. My friend and I spent three nights at this wonderful hotel, and everything felt right: the food, views, location, and staff. It’s a great base for hiking around Alpe di Suisi. We also used it to explore Seceda and even Geisler Alm. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The food was exquisite and beautifully presented, and they smoothly accommodated my husband’s allergies. We also loved the cozy spa and the amazing beauty treatments. Everything was beautiful, and the service was very good. The rooms were a little too warm for my taste, though, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature ourselves.

It’s a quiet, one-of-a-kind place that still works really well for families. The staff are professional and friendly. Lunch is served only to guests, which makes it easy to take a quick break while skiing. The only small thing I didn’t care for was the breakfast crepe :)

We spent a week at the Santner hotel and had a great time. Virginia at reception and Hubertus were especially helpful as we figured out all the things to do in the snow. The staff were top-notch, and the chef put together a range of delicious multi-course meals every day. We can’t recommend the hotel highly enough.
