Saltria - your Alpine experience

Free parking made getting around easy, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. The wellness space was lovely, relaxing, and well kept. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable visit.

The food was excellent, and the wellness area was lovely, with a great mountain view. Fabs, the owner, is a helpful and pleasant guy. I'll definitely come again.

We found the stay very disappointing and not worth what we paid. The food was poor at both breakfast and dinner every day, far below what we expected for the price and below hostel standards. Even with half board, dinner came without basic drinks, not even water, and paying extra for that felt absurd. The room was uncomfortable in several ways. The minibar was empty, with no water or drinks to buy, and there were no glasses, so we couldn't enjoy a bar drink in the room. Shampoo and conditioner weren't replenished daily, and the pillows were so uncomfortable it was hard to sleep. We also had to ask for slippers, which should have been provided automatically at a hotel of this level. There are no phones in the rooms, so there's no way to contact reception about a problem. When we asked at the front desk, they seemed surprised by the question, which felt inconsiderate. The spa was disappointing too: there was only one masseuse and, during our full week, only one appointment slot available. The massage itself wasn't relaxing, as her hands felt rough and unpleasant. The pool water was freezing, making it impossible to enjoy. We won't return or recommend this hotel. The service, comfort, food, pool, and facilities didn't justify the cost.
