The people here made the stay feel personal. Maria and Nicola pay attention to the details, and the service is warm enough that you feel like a guest rather than a room number. Every room has its own design, with natural wood and plenty of character, and everything was spotless. La Cort My Dollhouse is an adults-only boutique hotel on the hillside above Ortisei in Val Gardena, with the Dolomites right in front. It's peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet only minutes from Ortisei. The heated rooftop infinity pool faces the peaks and looks stunning at night above the lights of Ortisei. There's also a relaxing spa open all day, late breakfasts without a strict schedule, and a generous afternoon "Linner" buffet. The food was fresh and delicious. One of the best stays we've had. We're already planning to come back.

Getting to the Sella Ronda was easier than I expected. The free shuttle takes you into town, where a free bus with the guest pass goes to the bottom of the famous World Cup Saslong run. From the hotel that takes around 25 mins, and then you have full access to the Ronda. The town is also about 10 mins away by free public bus, with good restaurants and wine bars. I was here skiing with my daughter, and we found the rooms very comfortable, especially the beds. The decor is thoughtful and lovely, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is freshly cooked at home and really tasty. They describe the evening spread as almost snack-like, but you could easily make a full meal of it. There's plenty to eat, including sweets for anyone with a sweet tooth, and the quality is exceptional. This is a 10/10 place for me. The young owners seem to have learned from the previous owners, their parents, while giving the hotel a new direction and changing it throughout. No expense seems to have been spared. The new top-floor spa is very well thought out. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and you won't regret booking here. There's much more I could say, but I'm running out of space lol.

Maria deserves a special thank you for making us feel so welcome. She was warm and attentive, and made the stay even more memorable. The hotel is beautifully kept, with a calm atmosphere and a lot of care put into making guests comfortable. It's a peaceful, high-quality place for a vacation, and we'd definitely return.

Maria was an amazing host and took care of all our requests. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was extremely clean. We also enjoyed the great breakfast and the wide choice at the afternoon buffet. Would recommend it 10/10.

The views all around were absolutely stunning, and getting to the center of Ortisei by bus or car was easy. The rooms were super clean, and there was an amazing sauna, a heated pool, and a great little gym. Excellent food and service too. I need to come back as soon as possible!
