The room, food, and service were fantastic. It seems management has changed, and the quality has gone up with it. The outdoor patio is open to non-guests again, too. I’d definitely take a closer look at Sport Hotel Florapina when choosing somewhere to stay at Seiser Alm.

The location is excellent and the staff are all so friendly. The food is amazing, with something for everyone. Jerry, our waiter, was especially friendly, helpful, and funny, and made the stay more enjoyable.

We’ve stayed at this lovely hotel five times, and the mountain setting is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the in-and-out pool is lovely, and the food is exceptional. We’ll be back!

A handy spot for a quick break, whether you want a good coffee or a proper lunch. It’s well located, with a good choice of dishes and fast, professional service. Prices are high, though. It used to open in the morning, but now food and suitable seating are only available from noon. Still decent value for the money, and recommended.

We used to stop here for lunch three years running, but now the restaurant is closed to everyone except its own guests. That’s ridiculous and an unacceptable way to run a business, especially in the middle of the ski area. There were no guests in sight at lunchtime, and closing the place to outside visitors is a real inconvenience for people at Seiser Alm. The restaurant could make money from those visitors. At this rate, I guess it’ll have to shut down soon.
