The service is what makes Hotel Garni Walter special. I felt like family and want to return in every season. It's close to the ski lifts, bus stops, good food and shopping, and the breakfast is incredible. Can't wait to come back :)

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the rooms were clean and newly refurbished. It's within walking distance of all the major places in the city. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh.

We had a family room for four at Hotel Garni Walter while visiting Ortisei/Urtijëi in July 2025, and it suited us perfectly. It's a really nice family-run hotel with a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic and made a great start to the day. We'd choose them again if we go back.

Our family room was spacious, warm, and tidy, even when it was freezing outside, and we could eat meals there too. Seceda cable is less than 10 minutes away, and Alps de Suisi is even closer. We loved the location, service, staff and breakfast, and Billy the gorgeous cat too. Highly recommend it. We hope to return one day.

Helpful staff and a good breakfast. The rooms were clean, and the location was okay, though you have to walk uphill a little from the Piazza St Antonio. My mattress wasn't as comfortable as on previous stays in this area, but it was fine. If you get a room facing North, the view is great.
