The apartments are clean and have everything you need for either a short or long stay. The owner does his best to help whenever something comes up, and handles it very professionally. In Selinunte, the location is hard to beat: between the nature reserve and its lovely beach and the town, so you can enjoy the outdoors while still being connected to civilization.

The apartment was fantastic, a comfortable penthouse with all the conveniences, including air conditioning, a washing machine, and a barbecue. It had a huge terrace with a great view, and a lovely Mediterranean garden. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and gave us a bottle of white wine as a welcome gift. The beach is five minutes away on foot down a small unpaved road, so it's not suitable for strollers. The first stretch has private beach areas. Walk another five minutes under the pine trees and you'll reach the beautiful golden Pineta beach, which is free and was rarely crowded even in August. Nearby complexes play music in the evening, and how loud it gets depends on the wind. Fantastic Selinunte, and a truly excellent stay.

Il Canneto was a beautiful place for our short but fantastic holiday, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. The owner was kind and always available. A lovely beach surrounded by nature, with practically no concrete, is only a five-minute walk away. Don't rely on Google Maps to get there, ask the owner for directions instead. Highly recommended.
