My flight was cancelled, and I couldn't find anywhere for the night, so I booked the place closest to me. I'm still shocked. It cost around 800 euro for three people, for ants in the room, worms in the breakfast and rooms that smelled horrible. We froze all night, and the owner was stingy and turned the light on us. This isn't a hotel in my eyes, and it's wildly overpriced, maybe worth 30 euro a night at most. Hope I can save someone else their money.

The heater didn't work, and the staff were extremely unfriendly. They couldn't make an invoice and didn't speak English at all. This felt like a scam and was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Please believe the other reviews and don't go, you'll just waste a lot of money.

This was my worst experience ever. The hotel was outside Milan, and the trip from the train station took an hour and a half. Getting to the center took more than an hour. They charged us twice, once at the hotel and again through booking. After exactly two hours of discussion, they promised to refund the extra charge.

We paid 176 euros for something that wasn't worth more than 20. The only things I can say for the hotel are that it's close to Milano Centrale railway station and some of the clerks are friendly.

Don't go there. They open the hot weather upstairs but close it downstairs, and they don't care whether guests like it or not. All they think about is money.
