People were smoking and shouting in the hallway, and the rooms were dirty and badly outdated, with no amenities. Staff were rude and unhelpful. There’s no wheelchair access, and you can’t get into the hotel without calling to be let in. We had to ask twice to get the bed and towels changed. The shower was the worst setup I’ve seen, spraying water all over the bathroom. There’s a whole wall of drinks, but they’re apparently just for show. Wine is listed in the room, but they refused when I asked for a glass. I’d rate this zero stars if I could. The place is dirty, rotten, and smelly. You’d be better off sleeping in your car. DO NOT GO.

The location is very central, just a minute from the metro and two stops from the main station. The Chinese owner was very friendly, and breakfast was good. We could ask for items that weren’t on the buffet, though the tiny breakfast room sometimes meant waiting for a free table. Cappuccino, milk, eggs, and other items had to be ordered separately. Our room was tiny and the blankets had holes. The bathroom was even smaller, with the sink so close that sitting on the toilet was difficult. The shower wouldn’t close properly, leaving the floor in front completely wet. Rates started at 80-90 euros per night, among the lowest in central Milano. It may be worth paying a bit more to sleep in a clean bed.

We had booked two nights in November 2023, but stayed just one before finding somewhere else. The room was noisy and worn, and had mosquitoes. The bedding made me itch. The bathroom was in the same tired condition, with a dirty fan and tiles, and a shower drain that didn’t clear. We tried to explain our disappointment and concerns to reception, but got very little response.

The hotel is compact, clean, and tidy, and the triple room is quite spacious compared with the double. It’s in the heart of Loreto, with moderate prices, a supermarket nearby, and a metro station close at hand. Breakfast is fine, cold and packaged, and the caretaker is friendly.

The location is great, with a supermarket around the corner and a tube station one block away. Staff were okay, nothing special, and the rooms were also okay but could be better. The bedding looked worn and the bathroom silicone needed replacing. The deal breaker was the complete lack of breakfast. Yes, there are places nearby, but really!
