Hotel Park

I wouldn't stay here again, and I've already told my tour agent not to use this hotel. They seem to keep getting tour business, so I don't think the owners care about improving anything, despite the multiple reviews pointing to maintenance and staffing problems. The staff were very rude. At breakfast, they sent us to the Indian group's area even though we weren't part of that group, and the food wasn't great. The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't very strong, the showers were tiny, and at 163cm tall I struggled to soap my feet. The beds were firm, which I liked.

Everything was spotless and smelled lovely. The staff were very friendly, especially at reception, and the breakfast service was kind and welcoming. A great place if you're after comfort, luxury, and top-quality service.

The breakfast for Indian guests was very basic, with hardly any variety. There was no tea, coffee, kettle, steam iron, or bottled drinking water. It felt just like an Indian lodge.

The location is way out, and even with so many bad reviews, the service hasn't improved. That makes it seem like they don't care. I wouldn't give even one star for the service, and I'd avoid this hotel. The online photos look good, but our room had mosquitoes and the air conditioning didn't work. When we reported it, the receptionist came in and said that's how it should be. We were told our group's breakfast ran from 8-9am, but when I came down at 8:35am, a staff member was already winding things down and rudely yelling that breakfast was over. I quietly went to the coffee machine just to get hot water, and she shouted at me. The service was very poor and rude. The receptionist and the servers all seemed in a bad mood and could ruin your whole day.
