If you want a break from the city's noise and bustle, this is a lovely place to stay and great value. It’s also just a short distance from Cortona, and the host is one of the most gracious people you could hope to meet.

Luisella made us all feel welcome with her kindness and friendliness, and she was a big help. The location is great and the view is amazing. Definitely recommend it!

Alfeo and Luisella made our visit feel special. We stayed in suite No. 7 and had a fantastic view from the terrace. We'll be back.

Luisella was incredibly kind and gave us great tips for our Tuscany trip. We’ll definitely return. The residence is right in the town center, with a warm, carefully put-together feel. Our spacious room was clean and tidy, with exposed beams. There's no breakfast, which was the one drawback, though a café is nearby. I don't often give the highest rating, but the excellent value and welcoming stay made it an easy choice this time. Thank you!

Luisella is friendly and gave us plenty of ideas for local sights and places to visit. The residence is clean, lovely, and right in the center, with a spacious room that fit all four of us and generous common areas. Parking is under the town walls, while the main entrance is in the historic center. The town itself is beautiful and lively, especially in the evenings, and this is a handy base for exploring both Tuscany and Umbria.
