For two nights, this place gave us more than we expected. The apartment has everything you could need, and then some. The landlady was so welcoming and had left towels, shower gels, lotions, water, juice, coffee capsules, regular and soy milk, and breakfast biscuits for us. I can't praise her enough. It's a great base for exploring Val d’Orcia. Highly recommended!

The owner was so kind and helpful. Our little room had everything we needed, from TV, books, and Wi-Fi to a trolley stocked with a kettle, herbal teas, biscuits, pastries, and fruit juices. The bathroom was clean and had a big shower. Rocca is almost all pedestrianized, so the area is very quiet.

The room was small but a real gem, with all the things we needed. For our car, the very kind owner even sorted out a parking permit. It's a peaceful spot just outside Castiglione d'Orcia, and only 22 people live at the fortress. There's also a Michelin-starred restaurant there, though it closes on Tuesdays.

We've come back to Tuscany four or five times in the last three or four years, and we always stay here because it feels like home. The cozy apartment has all the comforts and a charm of its own. The landscape is magnificent and relaxing, and the village is quiet and enchanting. It's close to Tuscany's most beautiful places, including Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, and Santa Fiora. And the lady is so friendly, kind, and helpful.
