We drove out to have lovely lunches in the small nearby towns, and the room price felt very fair. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the little house where we stayed was a few hundred meters from the main house and pool. We were on the top floor and got great morning sun on the balcony. It’s a beautiful spot with mountain views. Franca was sweet, helpful, and fascinating, and our 4 year old had a great time in the pool.

There are lots of friendly cats around the property, and the breakfast was delicious, with local, organic food. We arrived by bus without a car, so Franca kindly drove us to the train station early in the morning. She even came an hour early to make breakfast so we could get there on time. She was so kind to us. The accommodation was excellent, and it’s a beautiful place. We had a great experience.

We loved their sweet dog Mora, and the place was so quiet that we slept really well. Our big apartment worked well for us and our two daughters. Franca and Flavia were very friendly, and they provided a baby bed and high chair. It was clean, with a nice, big pool, and close to Perugia. We booked through Airbnb. One tip: our best trip in Italy was visiting their friend’s animal sanctuary.

The quiet countryside setting and the nice swimming pool make this a lovely place for couples or families. It feels like a real oasis for peace and relaxation. Franca, the owner, was so welcoming and kind that we felt at ease right away.
