I only stayed one night this time, but I'll definitely book a few more next time. The room was amazing and spotless, and every staff member was so kind and welcoming. The location is great, very close to the Monte Pora ski area. The staff are happy to help arrange a taxi, so getting around needn't be a worry. And you really have to try the food. I had steak, pasta, and caviar, and it was absolutely perfect, 10,000 stars ✨✨. Loved every minute and hope to be back soon ✨✨

We had a great massage at the Spa, enjoyed good food, and found the staff incredibly kind. Alpen Spa sits quietly among the mountains, and the Spa is spacious, with lots of ways to unwind. The hot-water cave was especially lovely for its warmth and silence. Highly recommended.

The one thing in our room that could use some care was the furniture, as a few pieces felt a little neglected. Everything else made for a wonderful stay: attentive staff, lovely food, and a spa that was the perfect addition. The hotel had a great atmosphere, too. We hadn't known about the babysitting service when we booked, but our daughter was delighted and made the most of it. I'd happily book again for a mountain trip.

We had a wonderful week here together and are already thinking of coming back this winter. The food was fantastic, everything was spotless, and the amenities were excellent. Every detail seemed well cared for, and the staff were so polite. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to couples looking for a memorable getaway. Thank you for such a great experience!

The woman at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. The staff always seemed busy, and the rooms weren't very clean.
