The location made it easy to explore the city, and the owners were warm, attentive, and professional. They made us feel welcome and turned a very good stay into a memorable one. I stayed at **3P Exclusive Rooms** in Catania from February 12-15, 2026, and found the cleanliness impeccable, with every detail fresh and carefully maintained. The rooms looked even more elegant and welcoming in person than in the photos. The amenities were comfortable, too. I've been to almost all of Italy, and this was the best accommodation I've experienced there, truly beyond expectations. For a clean, beautiful place in a great location, I'd choose it again anytime and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Sicily. An absolute 10/10 experience.

The welcome was impeccable, and the host was very helpful. I spent one night at this brand new property in the heart of Catania, just steps from the historic sights. It was very clean, with high-quality, comfortable amenities.

They gave us a card so we could come and go as we liked, and online check-in was available too. The accommodation was elegant and comfortable, right in the centre of Catania and close to all the city's tourist attractions. Breakfast isn't offered, but it was easy to find somewhere nearby.

The room was lovely, spacious, and had all the comforts we needed. Everything was very clean, and the hosts were so kind. The property is brand new, just steps from Piazza Duomo and surrounded by tourist attractions. It'd be my first choice if I come back. Highly recommended!!!!
