Giuseppe checked that I’d have time to enjoy the delicious breakfast he made before heading out, and asked when I was leaving. He also explained the apartment facilities and said he’d usually be around if I needed help. Before that, he had sent directions ahead of my arrival in Catania and was waiting by the door when I got close. The B&B is within walking distance of the train station, on the first floor with no elevator, so Giuseppe kindly carried my luggage upstairs. He also gave me a cool bottle of water, which was lovely in the summer. He’s a good host.

Giuseppe was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was very large, with a high ceiling, and the bed was good. The private bathroom was out in the hallway, which could be inconvenient for older people. The location is handy for both the station and the city center, and there’s a nice restaurant with a set menu just a few doors away.

Giuseppe was incredibly kind and helpful. He got up at 5:30 for our checkout, called a taxi, and stayed with us until it arrived. We even got some really tasty croissants. The room was very clean, and the B&B is close to both the center and the train station. Great value for the money, and I highly recommend it.

Giuseppe was there to welcome us when we arrived for our one-night stay. Breakfast was good, with two pistachio croissants and coffee. But the towels were very dirty, and in the morning we had red marks all over our bodies after discovering bed bugs overnight. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was really impressed by Giuseppe’s kindness. He waited for guests arriving at 1 am, then got up at 5:30 when we were leaving. We’d managed our time badly, so he called a cab for us and waited out in the street until it showed up. He’s lovely and serves the best croissants.
