I wouldn't recommend it. The loft is barely 10 square meters and had a really strong mold smell. There was no window for natural light, and the small window opened onto an inner courtyard, with scaffolding blocking the light.
We could get around Catania on foot from here, and the bus stops and metro are right nearby. It took us 15 minutes to arrive from the airport. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops around, with a LIDL less than 300 meters away. For getting farther across Sicily, the metro takes you to the train station, where you can travel to any corner of the island. The owners were kind and helpful, and greeted us with a lovely gift. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, well kept, and has everything needed to cook whatever meal you like. It made a wonderful base for exploring Catania. We'd definitely come back, and recommend it to everyone :)
The hosts are so kind, and the apartment has everything we need. It's in a very central spot, and we always choose it when we're in Catania. We've had a great experience every time.
The owners were lovely and helpful. Walking into the city center takes a bit of time, and the neighbors were quite noisy at night.
