Awful experience, definitely wouldn't recommend. The cleaning was very poor, and everything in the room was heavily used and in really bad condition. The host told our friend to pick the “better” room because he had chosen him on booking. It wasn't much better, and you can't say that to guests when we're all paying the same. I don't know how the 7.9 rating on booking is even possible.

Our flight got in very late after a delay, but the staff still made sure someone was there to welcome us and show us around. They were friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was comfortable, with air conditioning and a Juliette balcony, and breakfast at the street café was just right.

The breakfast setup was the letdown. When we showed the voucher, the staff there were rude and unfriendly; breakfast is served at a small place near the rooms. The hosts themselves were lovely, a young couple who were happy to help and polite. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to everything we wanted to see.

We had booked through booking and checked in, then messaged to say we'd arrive at 3 AM. Nobody replied. The man at the number listed on Google told me, “Sorry, I open at 8 o'clock,” so we were left out on the street.

The room was on the small side.
