D'Annunzio Street Apartment

The little terrace was shared with another apartment, but each side felt clearly defined. Inside, there was a bright, welcoming feel, with a kitchen for eating in, a living room and a stylish bedroom with a large TV and Sky and Netflix. The bathroom was large, with a shower and everything needed for showering and sewing. We also had a big microwave and a coffee machine with capsules. The fridge held fruit juices, water, Coke, Pepsi and sparkling wine, and breakfast supplies like rusks, Nutella, jam and croissants lasted us the whole stay. The apartment is close enough to the center to walk, and we used the blue-zone parking spots right outside through the easy park app Mrs. Roberta suggested. She was very good at welcoming guests, even though she's very young. We were three adults there during the Saint Agatha celebrations, so there was some street noise, but that was to be expected at that time of year.

Roberta's care really came through in all the details, and she was warm and available throughout. The interiors felt relaxing and comfortable, with thoughtful lighting and furnishings, a spacious cozy bed, a big bathroom with a dreamy spa-style shower, and a kitchenette with everything needed for a quiet moment at home. The apartment is ideally placed, just steps from both the sea and the historic center. For a few days in Catania or longer, I'd choose it again, since it made the trip feel like more than an ordinary vacation. See you soon, and thank you, Roberta!

Roberta is incredibly friendly, helpful and knows her stuff. Staying in touch was easy, and arriving at night wasn't an issue. There are two lovely, clean, well-equipped apartments, suited to one couple or two. The neighbors weren't a problem at all, as the apartments are separated by a mini-terrace. In the city center, you're just steps from a car rental company, grocery store and bakery, with a nearby bus stop running directly to the airport. Highly recommend!
