The service was wonderful, especially Alfredo, who was always kind, attentive and friendly, and went out of his way to help. Hotel Etna Suites is right on Via Etnea, across from the beautiful Gardens Bellini, and the location is perfect. Our room was stylish, beautiful and so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing too. Every part of our stay was wonderful, and I can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

The hosts were accommodating about our late arrival and gave us helpful guidance. Breakfast was high quality, and the room was good, though it could have been cleaner. We were close to the beautiful Bellini park and Anfiteatro square, and the overall experience was great. Parking is a few meters away in another building. There isn't an elevator, so you'd have to carry heavy bags upstairs. We were lucky to be on the first floor.

The Junior suite was clean and spacious enough for my family of five, and the shower was heavenly. We slept through breakfast, but the staff kindly opened the dining area again for us, and there was plenty of delicious food. They also held our bags after checkout so we could explore a bit. Etna Suites was just what we needed after a long international flight. We'll be back!

That receptionist was probably the rudest and most difficult person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. So rude and difficult, it was almost like something from a comedy.
