The owner made our arrival feel special: for my birthday he gave us a glass of prosecco, and there was also a courtesy kit, water, and juice waiting for us. He was serious, kind, helpful, and thoughtful. We came to Catania for my 30th birthday and chose this apartment as a way to explore the center. It’s centrally located, newly done, welcoming, elegant, and practical, with care put into the small details. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, and we’re very happy we stayed here. We’ll definitely come back with our family. Our expectations were exceeded 🙏🎉

We were lucky to be the first guests to open this brand new property, and had a great stay. It was quiet and peaceful even in the middle of Catania’s historic center, and the place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The owner was very kind and helpful. Via Etnea is a one-minute walk away, Piazza D'Uomo and the main sights are about five minutes away, and the metro is just steps from the door. Nightlife and good food are close too. Finding nearby parking wasn’t easy for us by car. The price was good for what we got, and we’ll be back. Thanks for the hospitality.

The owner was incredibly kind, and the apartment was gorgeous. We were two couples of friends and had an unforgettable stay with all the comforts we needed. The emotional shower was especially awesome. You’re just steps from Catania’s historic center and the market. I highly recommend it.

The high ceilings and roomy vaulted arches gave the place a real sense of calm. It was extremely clean, with extraordinary services, and the location is strategic. I highly recommend these properties.

WOW, I never expected such a comfortable apartment. I stayed here with my boyfriend, right in the historic center, and it had all the amenities we needed. It’s beautiful and super-comfortable. I highly recommend it.
