The flat is large and nicely located in the center. It's on the top floor, just below the roof, and the big drawback is that there's no air conditioning.

The staff member was very kind and helpful, and came by three times to sort out bedding and heating issues. They were fixed quickly. The recently renovated apartment is beautiful and spacious, on the third floor with lovely views of Catania, the cathedral, and the sea. It has three large bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, plus another bathroom in the living area. Highly recommended.

Be careful! They wouldn't cancel a reservation even though I contacted them within a day. This is a merchant company that doesn't care about its customers. They don't answer questions directly and make you go through a platform. I absolutely don't recommend it.
