I left at 6:40 in the morning just to find somewhere to get coffee, and I don't think I'll come back. We had booked the room until 10:30 that morning, but the stay was a terrible experience. The room itself was nice and had air conditioning, and the bathroom in the corridor looked nice too, but it wasn't livable. After returning from the veterinary clinic in Catania, we couldn't rest because of constant irritating noises, apparently from work inside the building. At night, voices, cars, and motorbikes kept me awake until late. The area is pleasant, with bars and other places to go, though they're not exactly close. The price was very high for what was provided: no breakfast, no small fridge, and not even a bottle of water. There was a coffee machine, but no pods, no water, nothing. The service was completely absent.

It felt more like staying in my own home than in a B&B. The owner was warm and helpful, and the large room was clean, spacious, and smelled fresh as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was comfortable and clean too. Great value for the price, and I highly recommend it.

The room had all the comforts I needed, and the bathroom was especially lovely, big, and spotless. Daniela and Giuseppe gave me a wonderful welcome when I came to Catania for an event. It's a quiet, convenient spot, only a short walk from the seafront. I really recommend staying here. Thanks so much for being so available and helpful.

Staying at Nonno Francesco felt like a real way to discover authentic Catania, not just an Airbnb. Daniela and Giuseppe made me feel at home and gave me great advice whenever I needed it. The rooms are lovely, tidy, and clean, and breakfast is excellent. The whole place has a special atmosphere :)
