The terrace has a lovely view, and you’re close to the beach and nice places to eat. But the best part was our host, Marilena. She made us feel completely at home with her warm, caring welcome, even though she doesn’t speak languages other than Italian. Excellent!

We arrived at 11am after booking at the last minute, and everything was ready as if we’d booked months ahead. Such a wonderful welcome from the lady who runs the place. Our matrimonial bedroom was great, everything was clean, and Wi-Fi was available. There’s food available 24/7, and you should try one of La Mama’s cakes. We had a great sea view from the balcony, and the beach is less than a five-minute walk away. There are restaurants close by, including Cutilisci right across from the B&B, which serves amazing food.

The price in August was unbeatable, especially for a place just 50 meters from the sea. The rooms are spotless, and one of their homemade desserts at breakfast is a real treat. If you’re visiting Catania and want to feel at home, this is the place. Nothing more to ask for. I hope I can come back soon.
