The host made me feel very welcome, and there’s A/C in the rooms for anyone who needs it. La Casa di Marcello is in a historic building, with high ceilings, striking artwork, and antique furniture. I’ve stayed in some pretty great places in Italy, but this one tops them all!

Igor was very friendly, and both the room and service were excellent. We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and everything was really nice. I’d recommend it to everyone. If we come back to Sicily, we’ll be staying here again. Thanks!

It feels like coming home! This was my second time here, and I love the interiors and the central location in Catania. The host is the best you could wish for. Thanks for such a warm welcome, I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Catania.

My room was especially charming, and the bathroom was spotless. Marcello’s flat is superbly placed in central Catania, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. I’ll surely return.
