We had a clean apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The host communicated well, self-check-in was easy, and there was a nice welcome gift. Central Station is nearby for day trips by public transport, and you can also walk to the city center without trouble. We'd definitely choose it again if we visit Catania.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and seemed new. It was really handy for the central train station, which we could easily walk to with our backpacks. Getting in was simple too, with clear instructions and a video.

It's close to the railway station and about a 15-minute walk to the city center. The place is nice and cozy, and the area is quiet. I appreciated the bottle of wine, sweets, and water. Be aware that some guests may find the narrow, abrupt, rather fragile ladder uncomfortable to climb.

The host was quick to respond when we needed something, and the beds were comfortable. The apartments are central, just minutes from the train station, a Lidl, and central Catania. We stayed Jun ‘25. The larger apartment has nowhere to sit except the beds or the plastic chairs around the kitchen dining table. In the smaller one, the mezzanine bed is up steep stairs, and there's a sofa that seats three. That's the only soft seating for 10/12 people. The terrace is really just a narrow landing at the top of the stairs, with 2 small round tables and 4 metal chairs, the only outdoor space for up to 12 people. The listing says there's air-conditioning, but not in all rooms. The main apartment has one unit in the kitchen, with 1 bedroom opening off it, and another on the upper landing where 3 bedrooms open off. The smaller apartment has 2 units, one downstairs and one by the mezzanine bed. The shower cubicles are small, and the upstairs shower in the main apartment is missing a door. The host says it's to give people more space. There are narrow, steep stairs from street level and inside both apartments, so it's not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It's a cheap apartment, but you get what you pay for. It's uncomfortable and not equipped for the number of guests it can accommodate.
