After the first night we left early and found a hotel, but the rental agency still charged us for night two and refuses to refund us. We hope other people don't get caught by this place. The apartment was in disgraceful condition: dirt in every corner, an unacceptable toilet, and a dirty shower curtain. The mattress pallets were dusty and filthy, and there were hair clips from previous guests on the bed. There was no air conditioning, and the 30-year-old fan barely worked, enough to make us worry about a fire. The kitchen light kept flickering and didn't work properly. We sent photos to the agency and Booking.com, but couldn't get a refund. At first they said an early arrival was fine. When we turned up at 1:00 PM, the woman told us she wouldn't be there until 2:00 PM.
