The rooms were good, though a bit dated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable too. It’s well located for the train and bus station, but the centro area of the city is a 20-minute walk away.

The service was excellent during the four nights my uncle and I stayed. The staff went above and beyond to answer our questions, and breakfast was delicious. It’s just a few blocks from the central train station and close to buses, making it extremely convenient for getting around Sicily. We know exactly where we’ll stay on our next visit.

It’s a small hotel, so it isn’t too busy, and it’s very clean with spacious rooms. Breakfast is amazing for a hotel this size. The location is ideal for day trips around Sicily, close to the coach and train station. It was a surprise not to see homeless people around the train station, which is common in larger cities in Italy. English was a bit of a problem sometimes, though. Danilo deserves a mention too, the nicest person I’ve ever met in a hotel. If you see a good offer, just take it. Perfect hotel.

The station is only a two-minute walk away, which made getting around easy. The staff were especially good, and breakfast was nice, with very good espresso and cappuccino. Our room was a decent size and very clean. I’d come back and recommend it.
