A lovely, clean place run by a family, with a cozy feel. They make homemade cannolo every morning. Definitely worth recommending!

There could have been more places to hang our clothes in the room, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience. The room itself was excellent, spacious, and perfectly clean. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the host was really friendly and nice. He’s also a great guide, with excellent recommendations for places to visit.

There’s a nice pool area, and the place is close to the airport, the beach, and the bus stop for downtown. City life is all around, and the location is actually pretty good. It does have a bit of a "slums" feel, though I guess that’s everywhere in the south ;)

Sciara Biscari B&B felt like a little Sicilian oasis outside Catania. There are lots of buses, and the ride to the city center takes under 10 minutes. Everyone was lovely and clearly cares about the place and what they do. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated, and the pool was especially welcome during the heatwave. I really wish we could have stayed longer :)

We loved our stay here. The rooms were comfortable and the whole place spotless, with a lovely pool and garden as an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious too. The family who own and run it were thoughtful, kind, and very accommodating. Its minimalist décor gave us a welcome sense of calm after days out exploring. It’s close to the fish market and central areas, while feeling like an oasis amid Catania’s chaos.
