Sicily Country House & Beach

The kids stayed busy for hours in the games room, and the friendly cats helped too. Our family of four had a good room and enjoyed the shaded terrace. The AC struggled a bit in the extreme heat, but the pool was just right when the room got too warm. There’s a quiet private beach a short walk away, and Catania is a short drive. Staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful we met in Sicily. The on-site restaurant serves very fresh, tasty seafood. Great value, and I’d recommend staying here.

Good breakfast, a clean pool, and plenty of cats. The rooms are basic but clean, and the place is good value for money. The staff clearly know hospitality well. It’s close to Catania and easy to reach the road for other destinations. A couple of menu items weren’t available, maybe because I was there in low season. They could take those off the menu for a while.

We got especially kind treatment here and plan to come back soon. It’s a friendly place among orange groves, with a great restaurant on site, and a handy choice if you’re flying into or out of Catania or exploring the east coast. Special thanks to Alessandro for getting us coffee early in the morning.

A peaceful hotel surrounded by nature, with really friendly and helpful staff. The pizza was delicious, and breakfast was great, especially the fresh orange juice. I couldn’t quite understand why there were no olives at breakfast in the country of olives, though it’s a small thing. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you for everything 🤗
