The host gave clear directions and checked that we got there, and the location was excellent. Having a shared kitchen and fridge was handy for keeping food and eating in. Our room was in okay shape, so it was a reasonable low-budget stay. There was hair and other dirt in the bathroom when we arrived. Mosquitoes got into the room despite the windows and doors staying closed, and after a few nights we were covered in bites. Construction was going on everywhere, with noise reaching our room.

I appreciated how kind and helpful the owner was. Vivendo Rooms has comfortable apartments in a historic building on Piazza della Repubblica, where parking is available. The bathroom was adequate, and getting around is convenient: Via Etnea and Piazza Stesicoro are a four-minute walk away, while the airport is about 12 minutes by car. I recommend it.
