We stayed from December 31st to January 4th. It was terrible. The taps were rusty, and the bathroom looked nothing like the photos. We couldn’t leave because there were six of us, including two elderly people, and finding another place wasn’t easy. Some lamps were missing bulbs, and the cleaning was awful. There was no hot water. They replaced the boiler, but it still didn’t work. I went over everything with the person who handed over the keys, Mrs. Rosi. HOTEL MICHELACCI says to email the management if we want a response from their lawyer. Avoid this residence. Shameful.
